We have a complete set of advanced production lines for forging, machining, heat treatment and coating of plow (harrow) blades. We produce products with a diameter of 280~960mm and a material thickness of 3~12mm. The main materials are 65Mn and boron steel. Among them, 65Mn has a hardness of HRC 38-44; boron steel has a hardness of HRC 48-52, with stable performance and reliable quality. We can also carry out processing and customization according to the drawings, samples or technical requirements provided by customers.
